Great news from Aunt Chelcy!

Chelcy and Fred managed to get a free pre-wedding honeymoon -- Chelcy won a Harris Teeter cruise promotion that she was automatically entered into through her VIC card. They'll be going in March, all expenses paid, to Key West, Cozumel, and the Bahamas.

That is so cool, if a bit jealousy-inducing. As I told Josh, the only thing I ever remember winning was a baby chick in the fifth grade. Who died before reaching hen- or rooster-hood, whichever it was going to be. Although it was not much of a prize, what a credit to my mom, huh? She got a call in the middle of the day asking for permission to bring home a chicken, and she just took it all in stride...

Sorry so long

The new digital camera broke right before Christmas and had to be sent off to a repair center somewhere in the heartland, and it just came back. If anyone has any good Christmas pictures, email them to me and I'll do a retroactive post.
